* Terronia is a country that should exist but still only a concept: The South of Italy as a separate, independent and unique nation. Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily, in the past these regions have been viewed as the backward part of Italy by foreigners, but the place to holiday and eat and drink well by those of us that live on the ‘boot’.
